When you submit a stockist enquiry, Mote collects the name, business details, email address, phone number, location and message you provide so our team can respond and discuss a stockist relationship.
How we use your information
Enquiries are delivered to our stockist team through Cloudflare Email Service. We do not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. Our team may retain enquiry correspondence for the purpose of managing your request and any resulting business relationship.
Finding a nearby store
If you choose “Near me” and allow location access, your browser uses your location to sort the store directory. The site does not send your location to our servers. Map directions and store details open on third-party websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Website services
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, security and enquiry delivery. Request information may be processed to protect the service and prevent abuse. Fonts and site imagery are served with the website; there are no advertising trackers on this site.
Contact and access requests
To ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion of your enquiry details, reply to the Mote team’s response to your enquiry. You can also use the enquiry form to contact the team.
